Servitly Console - Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. It is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across the Servitly Console, and other sites we own and operate.
We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is always kept protected.
The privacy policy may change from time to time by updating this document. If updated you should check this document before agree in it when updated to ensure that you are happy with any changes.
This policy is effective from January 1, 2023.
Definitions and interpretation
Console: means the web application used to configure Servitly DPS applications.
Data Controller: means the company described in the Contacts section which determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data, and which has the legal responsibility on the collected personal data.
Data Processor: means the company which processes personal data on behalf of the data controller.
Provider: means the company providing the Console and having the role of Data Processor.
What data we collect
Basic personal information like first and last name.
Contact information including email address.
Information about user navigation (eg. IP address, visited pages).
Information about performed operations (eg. logins, updates, deletes).
What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
Security and transfer
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect within the cloud through the Console.
Your data is stored securely on European data centers (AWS Ireland) owned and managed by the Provider.
For no reason data will be transferred outside the EU area.
How we use cookies
A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Cookies help the Console to ensure your identity after login and remember information about your preferences. Cookies allow the Console to respond to you as an individual.
